HOW DO SHIPMENTS WORK?
Members receive shipments twice annually and will receive a heads up email when delivery can be expected. The payment method on file will be automatically charged unless a member pauses or cancels their membership prior. Members have the flexibility to pause or cancel their membership at any time, but please note once wine is sent to fullfillment, refunds are no longer available!
